Please get acquainted with the conditions under which you can return a item purchased from the Brio website.
If you choose to return an item, to be exchanged or to be refunded you must sign the request within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your purchase. Items will not be accepted after the 14 calendar days.
If you return the purchased items with all original tags attached, and unworn, then you are eligible to receive a refund.
If we have sent you an item other than the one you ordered, you can return it with no additional costs. Brio will bear all shipping costs and we will send you the requested item as soon as we receive the package.
To return the items please follow the following steps:
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject return, (model number). In the message please write your identification data when you placed your order, a phone number so we could contact you and the delivery address where the item has been ordered, as well as the bank account number where the amount of your purchase can be returned.
- The returned item must be with intact labels and no traces of use.
- Send the item to Brio with a courier company at the following address:

Attention: All shipping costs for your return are borne by you. Exemptions: If you visit any Brio Store with the items you wish to return.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt at the indicated location.
Refunds must appear on your Bank account within 3-7 business days dependent on your banking institution, after the receipt of the item at the Brio headquarters. If the customer does not pay the return cost, it will be settled from the value of the returned items.
